Instructions
Heat oil in a pan and Add mustard seeds, urad dal and chana dal. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add chopped onions, green chilis, chopped ginger, curry leaves and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add salt, water and let it boil for 2-3 minutes.
Add rava to the pan slowly while stirring and mixing it continuously. Cook till its thick for 5 minutes.
Serve hot with squeezed lemon juice,

Notes
There are many variations of upma but this one is made with Sooji/ Rava/ Semolina.
You can add fried cashews or peanuts to the recipe.
