Instructions
Take 2 cups of chopped cluster beans in a pan, add salt (refer notes) and water.
Boil it for 15-20 minutes till they are completely cooked.
Drain it completely and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, dals, split red chilis and curry leaves. Cook till they splutter.
Add boiled cluster beans (Goruchikkudu) to the pan.
Add turmeric, red chili powder and crushed garlic.
Mix well and cook for 5-10 minutes.
Serve with steamed rice or dal rice.
Notes
Add required amount of salt while boiling the beans. They don't absorb well while frying.
