Instructions
Heat some oil in a pan. Add onions, green chili and curry leaves.
Cook for 2-3 minutes till the onions change color.
Add ginger garlic paste and cook till raw smell goes away (for a minute or 2).
Clean chicken liver under running water and drain completely.
Add it to the pan and let it cook for 5 minutes.
Then add turmeric, salt, chili powder, coriander powder and mix well.
Cover and cook for 12 minutes. Add 1/2 cup water if necessary.
Remove the lid, add garam masala, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with coriander and serve with rice.
