Instructions
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds red chilis and dals. Let them splutter and change color.
Add chopped bhindi , curry leaves and turmeric.
Cook for 12-15 minutes on low-medium flame.
Add salt, chili powder, mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
Add crushed garlic while adding chili powder (Optional but it gives a nice aroma and flavor).
Add coconut garlic powder, mix well and turn off the flame.
Serve with steamed rice, ghee rice, rasam or curd rice
