STEP BY STEP STIR FRIED FISH RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS WITH PHOTOS:
- Fish needs to be cleaned thoroughly, at least twice with salt and turmeric.
- Add all ingredients under marination and make it into a paste with little water to coat the fish evenly.
3. Marinate for minimum of 30 minutes in refrigerator if you can’t leave it overnight.
4. Heat oil in a pan, add the marinated fish and cook on one side for 7-8 minutes.
5. Gently flip and fry for 7-8 minutes till its done.
6. Serve with onions and lemon as a starter or with rice.

- 3 Fish Pieces Rohu fish
- 4 tbsp Oil
Marination Ingredients
- To taste Salt
- 2 tbsp Chili powder
- 1 tbsp Masala powder
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp Cumin powder
