Masala corn recipe -Learn how to make Masala corn recipe. It is one of the simplest and easiest recipes. This recipe doesn’t require much cooking and has amazing taste with health benefits. It is of high nutritional value.
There are many ways to cook corn like Crispy corn, Corn chat, Patties, Corn sweet. It can be used both in spicy and sweet recipes.
Corn is high in fiber and aids in digestion. It contains Vitamin B12, folic acid and iron, so prevents anemia, good for vision and skin.
Corn is rich in phosphorous, magnesium, manganese, zinc, copper, iron and selenium. It also has small amounts of potassium. Corn has vitamin B (Thiamin, vitamin B6, niacin, riboflavin, and folate). It also has traces of vitamin A and E.
STEP BY STEP MASALA CORN RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS:
- Boil some water and add corn kernels along with some salt. Let it cook for 5-8 mins (till the corn turns soft). Drain and set aside.
- Add some butter to a pan. Once butter melts, add drained corn, chili powder, chat masala and mix it well.
- Lastly, add some lemon juice and serve it.

Masala Sweetcorn
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Sweetcorn
- 2 tbsp Butter Unsalted
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- As per taste Salt
- 1 tbsp Chili powder
- 1 tbsp Chat masala
Instructions

- Lastly, add some lemon juice and serve it.
Notes
- If using salted butter, skip adding salt to boiling water.
- You can make many variations of it just by changing up the spices, adding onions, tomatoes and chilis.
