STEP BY STEP CHICKEN LIVER CURRY RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS WITH PHOTOS:
- Heat some oil in a pan. Add onions, green chili and curry leaves.
2. Cook for 2-3 minutes till the onions change color.
3. Add ginger garlic paste and cook till raw smell goes away (for a minute or 2).
4. Clean chicken liver under running water and drain completely.
5. Add it to the pan and let it cook for 5 minutes.
6. Then add turmeric, salt, chili powder, coriander powder and mix well.
7. Cover and cook for 12 minutes. Add 1/2 cup water if necessary.
8. Remove the lid, add garam masala, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
9. Garnish with coriander and serve with rice.

Ingredients
- 400 grams Chicken liver
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 medium Onion Chopped
- 1 Green chili
- Few Curry leaves
- 1 1/2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1/4 tbsp Tutmeric
- Salt To taste
- 1 tbsp Chili powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander powder
- 3/4 tbsp Garam masala
- Few sprigs Coriander leaves
